Hosted by Chris Dennis, Andre Johnson, and the Rakoski's, join PSV dads for some much needed and long overdue peer support and fellowship. Join us for the "Sticks & Stems Remix" -- Dad's Wellness Meetup: A Journey of Reflection, Movement, and Sound.
We will enjoy light yoga brought to you by BlackOM, and a guided meditation followed by an opportunity for deep relaxation with a sound bath. We'll also have a short talk on self compassion as it relates to parenting/fatherhood and a live performance at the end facilitated by Ofosu Jones-Quartey aka BornI
